Weekend Coffee Share

Good afternoon and come on in. I’ve prepared a few hors devours. Feel free to help yourself to the coffee and tea bar. It’s been a while since our last get together and I hope all is well with you and yours.

So, let’s get to catching up.

If we were having coffee. . . . I’d tell you that nothing much has really been going on. In my last coffee share I mentioned I was contemplating on starting a new blog or perhaps changing the focus of this one to primarily personal essays. I created a new blog, but then decided to give refocusing a try. Next week I’ll kick it off with a post called, “Who Am I?”

I haven’t been around much lately. Either I’m working or tutoring or tutoring or working, but either way I don’t seem to have much time for me; which is really starting to suck. I was recently told that I work too much, which I’m starting to believe is true.

I started playing PokemonGo this week and I definitely see why it’s addicting. But for me it’s also a wee bit frustrating and by a wee bit, I mean a lot. There never seem to be any Pokemon around.

If we were having coffee . . . We probably wouldn’t be unless it’s decaf or a Starbucks Peach Green Tea or a glass of wine.

This week was strange work wise. It was meh to WTF. People insist on poking the bear and then when said bear rises up they wonder why. Anyway the work week ended on a high. Inspire of folks poking the bear, I was able to get a lot done. I convinced (at least that the story I’m sticking with) our office manager that we should celebrate National Wine Day, even though it was on Thursday. Better
